All products within the Garden light fixture range come with a 3 year warrantee.

All fittings are rated between 35,000 and 50,000 hours life.

LED failure is based on the original lumen output decreasing by 30% = L70 35,000

@ 35,000 hours, 7 hours per night. That gives you 13.7 years life.

Incorrect voltage or product misuse will not be covered by our warrantee.

Please observe the correct voltage required and the IP rating the fitting is listed for.

Our warrantee covers the product only. The faulty product needs to be returned to The Smart Lighting People Ltd with your contact Name, Address and email. Once we have tested the unt, If faulty we will issue you a direct replacement.

If misused or not faulty. We will convey our findings to you via email. If not faulty we will gladly return the unit back. If faulty we can either return it or recycle it for you.

We use DHL track and sign 48 hour for all deliveries. If you supply your email, tracking information will be forwarded to you so you know where your delivery is.
